4. Gas-fired boiler characters:

•Good sealing and heat retaining: adopt membrane water wall, membrane roof Superheater and all doors and holes using special structure. The roof adopts advanced secondary sealing which makes sure the boiler sealing and heat retaining.

•Full suspension structure: furnace water wall and superheater are supported on boiler rood beam grillage through suspending rod. There is free downward expanded freely while boiler operation.

•Boiler adopts full steel structure: steel structure adopts advanced system software to carry out stress analysis and design.

•Install two grade Convection Superheater at furnace outlet horizontal duct.

•Install two grade Economizer and Air Preheater at tail vertical duct.
